Program Overview:
Green For All, a program of the Dream Corps, works at the intersection of environmental, economic, and racial justice movements to advance solutions to poverty and pollution. Our mission is to build an inclusive clean economy strong enough to lift people out of poverty.
Purpose:
The Policy and Research Associate will work under the direction of the Green For All Director of Green Jobs and Entrepreneurship to develop, design, and conduct a unique research agenda focusing on Green For All’s issue areas of environmental, economic, and racial justice, with specific knowledge on workforce development and entrepreneurship in the green sector. This position will conduct innovative research and policy analysis to advance Green For All’s advocacy work, collaborate with partner organizations and research entities, and present research findings in compelling visualizations to inform the public, policymakers, and other stakeholders. This position will make recommendations on policy, strategic initiatives, and programmatic operational changes that impact Green For All’s work.

After a 6-month waiting period, employees can contribute to our retirement plan. Currently, Dream Corps offers up to a 5% match. We also offer flexible spending, pre-tax program for medical expenses, dependent care expenses, transit expenses, and parking expenses. All full-time Dream Corps employees accrue 4 weeks of vacation time off and 12 days of sick time off over the first year of employment. Part-time employees accrue time off on a prorated basis. In addition to 10 paid holidays, Dream Corps also provides paid time off from December 24th through January 1st each year.
